On May 15, 2019, the so-called "library" of the Jiamini Day Center moved. This was a short walk from the Jiamini Office. Recently, however, more and more adolescents have been using drugs beforehand. In order to protect the children of the Jiamini Day Center from this, it was clear that an alternative had to be found.
Fortunately, Jiamini were given a room in the same building as the Jiamini Office. This is a little smaller and more expensive than the previous one, but the children can reach it more easily and valuables are safer.
Having multiple rooms is very important to Jiamini. This means that the children can be divided into different groups and, for example, take part in a life skill lesson according to their age. This is particularly helpful during the holiday program.
