Mercy is the oldest of the Jiamini children and has been supported since 2015. Now 22 years old, she is already a young woman in the final stages of her studies. Mercy has enrolled in college to study social work and community development. She is characterized by her strong empathy, her social commitment and her friendly and open nature.
She has now been elected as a service leader in a cooperative corporation of the Rotary Club of Thika with the college. This group of young adults strengthens the connection between community leaders and social projects. Mercy also benefits from numerous trainings and continuing education from her involvement in what is called Rotaract. We at Jiamini are very proud of her and wish Mercy all the best for her upcoming graduation and future life.
